Pear & Peanut Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 oz Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey
• 1 oz pear nectar
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz club soda
• Ice
• Pear slice
• Thyme sprig

Method

1. Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice and set it aside.
2. Add Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey, pear nectar, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker filled with fresh ice.
3. Shake firmly for 10–12 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
4. Strain into the prepared Collins glass over fresh ice.
5. Top gently with club soda and stir once from the bottom of the glass to preserve the carbonation.
6. Garnish with a thin pear slice and fresh thyme sprig.
