Honey Peanut Gold Rush

Ingredients

• 2 oz Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz ginger syrup
• Ice
• Lemon peel

Method

1. Chill a coupe glass thoroughly before preparing the cocktail.
2. Add Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger syrup into a shaker filled with fresh ice.
3. Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds to properly chill the cocktail and create a balanced sweet and citrus profile.
4. Double strain into the chilled coupe glass for a clean and silky finish.
5. Express a lemon peel over the surface to release its oils and place it neatly on the rim.
